At just fifteen years old, there has never been a younger captain than Daniel Brantley in senior oarball history. Brantley is expected to play forward most of the time in the upcoming season, but having played every position on the soccer pitch, he may play some games at fullback as well if the team needs it.
For the 2025 season, Brantley intends to act as a referee as well, helping give back to the sport of Oarball. "You really need to be an experienced player to be a good referee," he commented on the training process.
Brantley has been an avid recruiter for the Vikings, bringing in talented players from across several sports to fill out the young roster.
