Players must be registered to compete in leagues of any kind. Persons must be registered as a player before they may be certified as a coach or referee.

Referee Allows a person to be paid to officiate IOU sanctioned events
Level 1 Coach Allows a person to coach non-competitive teams and clinics
Level 2 Coach Allows a person to coach senior and selects teams
